Come gather ’round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You’ll be drenched to the bone
If your time to you
Is worth savin’
Then you better start swimmin’
Or you’ll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin’

-Bob Dylan

OK, confession time – I was mowing the yard last weekend and I was almost enjoying it.  I think a repressed, former 16 year-old self was keeping me from fully relishing the moment.  I used to hate mowing the yard when I was younger.  Now, I take pride in it – I even go as far as trying to add some cross hatch, baseball field-esque patterns (with no luck I might add).  So maybe I’m getting older and wiser…or maybe it is just the self propelled mower talking.
